We went for a late lunch and actually were the only ones there, although it is off season. The atmosphere was charming, rustic western. And I've heard good reviews from other guest. The only negative was you order at the counter, they turn the credit card reader so you add a tip, and perhaps it would be best to wait and receive a bigger tip if service is performed and good. We’ve been coming to Garner for years but we’d never been to The Back Porch & Cosina Grill. We tried it tonight for the first time and it was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend the street corn, the pinto beans, the pickled slaw, and anything with pastor. The bartender was super nice, and so was Bendy/Bindy(?) the Australian Shepard-Corgi mix. We’ll definitely be coming back.
