“They have several gluten free crusts, but I got a bit confused with which one is which. Two are 12", with one being "more like a regular crust," and the other is cauliflower. There is also a 10" crust (what I ordered), and I believe it's cauliflower. He definitely said it is "more crunchy" and thinner. Each pizza has it's own pan, and they use a clean pizza cutter.I asked if they had any GF pasta, but it was so loud, I could barely hear the guy. I believe they do, but he said something about needing to cut it. So, feel free to use that info and ask for yourself. My gluten-eating family loved the marinara sauce and chicken Alfredo.They charge for tap water, and the 10" crust specialty pizzas cost the same as the 12". But, I can eat in Leakey!
