Great pizza if you are in Leakey!
Great food! Pizza is delicious staff very friendly! We will be stopping there everytime we come to town. Love the canola! Cheesecakes have got to be homemade soooooo good
This is the best food near the Frio! 10/10 recommend. We had the spaghetti with meatballs, manicotti and garlic knots, everything was delicious. The team members were attentive and friendly.

The Yankee's Place is an outstanding pizza restaurant in the tiny little town of Leakey. It is a small but pleasant gem with a nice atmosphere, located on the south end of town. The pizza is awesome, hot, and very tasty, with the East Village cited as the best supreme pizza. Other delicious food includes baked ziti, lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs, manicotti, and garlic knots. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, attentive, and social. Service is good, though pizza can take a while but is well worth the wait. The restaurant is highly recommended and is considered the best food near the Frio River, a great location near Garner State Park. Many customers choose take-out, but both dine-in and take-out options are excellent.
