Put in order for 3 pizzas at 1:30 in afternoon to be picked up at 5 :30, got there at 5:30 and had to wait for pizzas to be made because the order was never put in by whoever took it,
We should have got least one free for your mistake as we were then late meeting with our people.. all we got was oops! We're sorry! Very dissatisfied with our treatment, we were from Florida meeting family. Your "kids" have to do a better job taking orders instead of socializing...

If Crystal isn't working the bar don't bother going. This is by far my favorite place to eat but today was horrible. Seated at a high top table, made eye contact with the bartender as she was talking to some other customers about her tattoos. We waited several minutes and she blatantly ignored us and went to another patron that came in about 10 minutes after we did. I absolutely love this place and am so disappointed in the service today. Guess I'll keep going...

Food is usually alright and they have decent lunch specials. However service is always slow whether they are busy or not and the place has terrible sound muffling, so it gets loud very easily
