“We are hard core shake shack customers for only one reason, Chris! Helpful, attentive, professional, above-and-beyond!!! I work in and am very familiar with tech. Shake shack’s digital game is up there but NOTHING CAN REPLACE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVIC like we experienced with Chris. I can totally see that it’s that awesome service-human connection that turns an appreciative eater into a shake shack evangelist. If Chris is a rep for Gen Z, we are going to be in such good hands. I brought my three girls here and am so grateful they get to experience a young person with such an extraordinary work ethic.
