SUPER UPSET!! Moonies in Leander is whacked and My food was HORRIBLE it WASN’T EVEN COOKED IT WAS RAW!! The so called manager was SO RUDE! I ordered the FARMER VAL WITH THE BEYOND BURGER. The rude manager literally Argued with me over the phone saying it was cooked and REFUSED to refund me the cost of my raw meal!! This is the first review I’ve ever left for any establishment I’ve visited. The reason is because our experience at Moonies Leander is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. The bartender who I believe is also the manager was extremely rude, our order was wrong after we repeated it to the waitress (3) times, a larger table sat down 10 minutes after us and we were told there would be a delay because of the larger table. At this time I’m very frustrated. We ordered food to go yesterday which wasn’t good. I’m not giving up on them yet. I spoke to a young gentleman in length and he said I could call back Sunday and they’d replace my order. Okay we are going to try again. I made sure he had both my name and husband’s name.
