My husband and I order coffee from Starbucks several times a week. We both work. My husband places orders for me through his mobile app, on my way to the clinic I work at. This morning the wrong order went through, but I couldn’t wait for a replacement, because I was on my way to work. The morning crew are usually very helpful. Absolutely love the baristas here. Literally never have a bad experience with anything at this location. Everyone is the absolute sweetest.
I come here all the time. Today they accidentally dropped my drink and remade it so fast, only causing the most insubstantial of delays. Thanks guys!

This Starbucks, located near Crystal Falls and HWY 183 in Leander, is a convenient spot for gift cards and drinks. The staff, including Abby, Macy, Tyler, and Yago, are consistently described as kind, helpful, friendly, and providing phenomenal service. Customers appreciate the positive atmosphere and that the team listens to orders. Popular menu items include the Grande White Chocolate Mocha (with lowfat milk) and a warm plain bagel with cream cheese. However, the quality can be inconsistent, especially for Uber Eats orders, with some drinks tasting completely off due to different work experience levels. The seating is OK, and while parking isn't great, the nearby Randall's lot is an option. The location is noted for having fewer moms with kids, making it easier to study or work. Overall, it is a favorite location for many, offering a warm and caring experience for both customers and their pets.
