All of our burgers were wrong. Took forever for someone to help us at the drive through. We always have this type of service and always give them the benefit of the doubt just to be let down....again. at least what we did get was good.
Employees need guidance. Dining area had flies who ate more of my food than I did.
We went on an extremely busy night. They were backed up on drive thru and front counter with tons of orders but not once did anyone make an ugly face or be rude to any customers. Were people frustrated with how backed up they were yes but they still made the effort to acknowledge every guest and let them know they hadn’t been forgotten about.
