The Levelland store used to be the best one but here lately the evenings are horrible. We place online orders and pick them up immediately, but always have at least a 15-20 minute wait, then the food is cold, not prepared correctly and tastes old!! Do better BK! The mornings are great! Fresh, hot food and the staff are awesome. The evening staff are rude and flat just dont care and it shows.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 Whopper meals. It took about 20 minutes to get my food. When I got home (about a 3 minute drive) the food was cold. This is the last time I eat at Burger King.

We went on an extremely busy night. They were backed up on drive thru and front counter with tons of orders but not once did anyone make an ugly face or be rude to any customers. Were people frustrated with how backed up they were yes but they still made the effort to acknowledge every guest and let them know they hadn’t been forgotten about. They kept checking the orders and if anything was wrong with the orders, they remade it as quickly as they could. I’ve been to other establishments in our town with less people in a “busy” time and received way worse service. All of the crew that was on staff tonight 12/4/25 was phenomenal and should be commended for the work they put in and keeping their spirits and morale up!

Old nuggets. Roach crawling on counter. Decided we won't be going back. Tired of trying to go and enjoy places just to be disappointed every time. And this time disgusted.

Got a couple of chicken sandwiches and did order both without mayo just lettuce. One was wrong came with mayo and the other just had old lettuce.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Went through drive, ordered a Rodeo King (2 patties, 2 cheese, bacon, onion rings, bbq sauce, and mayo) I got, (1 patty, 1 cheese, no bacon, onion rings, barely any bbq sauce and mayo). Also ordered chicken fries with zesty sauce and got no sauce. In case a worker wants to know how a Rodeo King should look, I attached a photo. Maybe y’all get it right <3

Worst service yet. Went through drive through had to wait 5 minutes to talk to someone, cash only - guess it was too far to walk to the other registers, waited 25 minutes to get the wrong order, had to tell them what I ordered but they had already taken my money. 2 people behind me drove off, tired of waiting. I couldn't because I had already paid. This place is continuing to go downhill. So much for fast food and good service. And they only had 3 cars that had people inside.

Every time I go they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I keep going back hoping they will get it right. I’ve even tried ordering on the app so I know the wrong orders weren’t on my side. But even then still WRONG. They are also very rude inside and through the drive thru. Get it together Burger King!!

Staff is outside smoking, while orders are waiting 15. I waited in line 15 minutes for my order, while 3 employees were outside smoking, and the girl at the window was not professional at all.

Honest and upfront.... the crew last night got my order wrong. Something ended up on my burger that I can't have.
But mistakes happen and everyone makes them. It's how you own up to it and fix it that counts. And the crew last night impressed me. The cook himself is the one that got me fixed up and on my way. No fuss, no muss. Even joked about things.
Lesson here too is that if you don't act like a "Karen", you won't get a defensive response.
