Had full breakfast for lunch and it was just like an old home cooked breakfast. Fried eggs over medium were perfectly cooked. Neomi's isn't anything special in appearance but food was very good.
We were camped at the free Levelland campground so wanted to support a local business. I'm glad we chose Noemi's Place. It was open for breakfast. There was room to park our RV across the street. Our server was cheerful and our meals delicious. I had a breakfast burrito and my partner had bacon and eggs with a side of hotcakes. The syrup came warmed and the pancakes were very large. Coffee refills were frequent and the cost was good value. It was a busy local breakfast dinner.

If you want the breakfast you used to know from the American road ( boomers/ gen X) here it is! I don't think they have " lox eggs Benedict with toasted pine nuts $27) BUT what they do have is perfect execution of two eggs sunny side with ham and hasbrowns with wheat toast and salsa if you want. No old griddle taste. Served on point and fast by someone who knows customers matter. Immaculate floors and table tops.
