I usually love DQ. Tonight, everyone at the Levelland Dairy Queen was getting frustrated. (12/03/25 @ 19:00) The black lady working the window is awesome!! She was working hard. The front staff was struggling. One kid behind the counter tried as hard as he could to get out of doing anything productive. He was just in the way. We were given someone else's order, then they tried to give it to someone else after we had touched the food. There was zero attention to details. About...
Jordan and Chris are great , i came in and ordered a meal . I spilled a big tea all over the floor and they came out and helped and didn't get upset . The food was great Jordan was great at the cashier desk , smiling and joyful
Dairy Queen is not to be played with! Their customer service may be long and lacking, but the food is always fresh. They also honor any special requests. This is the spot, hands down!!!!!
