Order through drive through they left so of my order out. Went back took the bag to show them with receipt. GM in back ground very rude and saying she put the fries in bag. Why would I lie about my $46 order . Go very rude with staff also. Not recommended this restaurant with that kind of service

From the time we pulled up to the drive thru we was rushed the whole time. The lady taking out order acted like she was in such a hurry she keep saying anything else after everything like it was so much food. We was trying to figure out what we wanted an I wanted chicken strips and it’s like she made up my mind on I wanted for me she was in to big of a hurry I get you close at 10:00 an my family an I place a order at 9:44 but still I get it I worked in food service as well an as long as the lights are on we still served with a smile we didn’t rush our customers they were the ones who made our paychecks. So next time Roberta which was our cashiers name and the one who took our order please be more patient with your customer. I will never go back to the KFC in Levelland Tx😡😡

Placed my order 4 hours in advance, mind you I had to drive 30 minutes to get it. Upon arrival, the order wasn't even ready. They had no idea what I was talking about, and then wants to charge me, $0.39 per jalapeno. Will be sure going to Church's chicken next time I want some chicken.

We had hoped when KFC was closed because of mismanagement and unhealthy practices. Since they re-opened, we have attempted to get a decent meal three times. Today was the last attempt as they were not prepared. Employees are not concerned with perviding food. I suggest that the franchise owner/ management spends more time at the store.

I understand if the mobile orders mess up but you don't have to have attitude and turn me away even when I spend money on an order that they are gonna say no to. The person in charge was the worst being very snarky and acting like a know it all. I also didnt respect the fact that they were talking shit the entire time making the order and then walked away all rude after giving me an incomplete meal.

I went to go order some 12 piece chicken they gave me a four piece then I asked them is this a 12 piece one of the ladies said yes it's a 12 piece and slam the window door so I honked to get their attention and I think a manager came up and another employee came to the window and had a attitude ... I think the manager and then the two employees should lose their job That's no way to talk to a customer or treat a customer.....
