“the customer service there SUCKS! The manager, she is so rotten to the customers. I've watched her hang up on them multiple times, she has cussed at them, and laughed in their face. she needed to be fired long before this point. used to order everyday from ceasars, but will absolutely NEVER give them a dime of my money again! and you seem to never be able to reach the general manager. she's the only one you can complain to, when she is the reason they suck to begin with“

“The local store is amazing I placed my order by phone to the call center and the rep could barely speak English and I could not understand her. I did not know at the time that I could be connected directly to the store to I placed the order thinking it would be fine, when I got to the store the total was higher and I couldn’t figure out why. The girl told me it was cause they ordered me bread bowls instead of just pasta bowls. And well due to medical reasons I can’t have the bread I paid for it and got home and then realized they forgot my garlic cups. I called to see if I could go back to get them and explained the situation to the manager and she offered to remake our pasta bowls, and have them delivered to me free of charge. Thank you so much for doing that. Just great customer service.“
