I rarely leave negative reviews, but this pickup experience was unacceptable. I ordered ahead and still waited 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. Meanwhile, the car in front of me was allowed to sit at the window waiting for their order to be finished instead of being asked to pull forward, which held up the entire line. That is basic drive-thru management.

Pizza Hut offers a popular noon buffet but has some challenges keeping it stocked, particularly with pasta and dessert. Delivery orders are met with excellent customer service and tasty food, including gluten-free pizza options. While the pizza buffet might not have all the desired options during peak hours, it generally provides a decent dining experience. Customers note that it can be expensive compared to competitors, with many opting for the stuffed crust pizza when they choose to visit. There have been mixed experiences with service, including instances where orders were missed, but many appreciate the staff, particularly the GM Ashly, who ensures guests feel valued during their visits. Overall, the food is well made, and the friendliness of the staff contributes to a positive atmosphere.
