I visited this Taco Villa location recently and had a disappointing experience. The menu stated that a medium guacamole comes with a bag of chips, so I ordered it. However, when my food arrived, there were no chips included. I went to the counter to ask about it and waited for a while without being acknowledged, even though several staff members saw me. Eventually, someone came to assist, and after explaining the issue, I was told—rather condescendingly—that chips are not included and must be ordered separately for an extra charge. This was contrary to what the menu advertised, but I ended up paying for the chips just to avoid further hassle.
Additionally, we requested extra cheese on our burrito, but it was not added. The lack of attention to detail and the misleading menu made for a frustrating visit. If this location does things differently than advertised, they should be upfront when customers order.
Overall, this doesn’t feel like the best place to try if you’re not already a Taco Villa fan. The service and food quality didn't leave much to be desired.

We went for the first time for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The restaurant was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The cashier was friendly and helpful with questions about the menu. We got a mixture of breakfast tacos, breakfast burritos, hash browns and an Apple empanada and they were all very good. Their salsa bar had excellent and fresh selections. We hope to be back soon.

Wish my steak wasnt dry and burnt. The burnt taste just killed my meal all together. And the girl on the register was more experienced than the MOD.. Come on.. its not hard to try to fix it. But this MOD was not too concerned ..i can tell she didnt really listen to me.. but after spending over $40 at least remake me something else...
The tea is nothing but water this is twice I’ve been sane both times does not even look like tea!

Went this morning and ordered two bean and potato burrito with sausage n cheese.. the beans were cold... and sausage had a horrible taste.... went back to get money back and order a different item....and gave the burritos back to them.... the one lady at the register was clearly upset at the fact of returning the burritos....so i ordered a smothered burrito in place...and that was the coldest burrito ever... cold tortilla...cold meat...wow just wow.... .

Every single time I go to this location I order two beef soft tacos, meat and cheese only, and an order or regular french fries. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go something is ALWAYS wrong. The biggest offender is that I always receive a CHICKEN soft tacos instead of BEEF, and only sometimes do they get the “meat and cheese only” part correct. Sometimes I receive curly fries. The food is almost always cold or at MOST lukewarm. The staff I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with aren’t friendly and grumble about having to give me my straw for the drink I ordered that they didn’t give to me.
I make them repeat the order back to me across the speakers AND at the window to make sure they got it correct, but apparently that’s still not enough considering it’s always wrong. And no, I don’t have time to check the bag or return if it’s incorrect because I have a very small lunch window
