We were a party of 8 sitting on the patio and Asia did not want to be our server. She mentioned multiple times how she had a party of 20 that she was primarily focused on a that she felt that management should have assigned someone else to our table which was not our fault. Her attitude reflected that of someone overworked but still rude a snappy which again we understand that she had a lot on her plate but her attitude and level of service should not have reflected that. I had to ask for my receipt 4 times before I actually got it and each time I asked because she forgot she even more agitated. She didn’t even introduce herself to us and we asked for a water for a pregnant guest we had and she forgot it a few times I finally had say ma’-am please bring a water or I’m happy to go source it myself. Every server you encounter here lacks hospitality. I spent a $146 on shots just for Asia to act as if I was inconvincing her

Sad to say this all started by me ordering just a salad and some Cajun fries. I thought about coming back here to hang out but once I was served as a pickup order from the time I entered the establishment it seemed like my food was not going to be ready. I had to get back to work, the guy said your order will be out in just a few more secs, that turned into 25 mins later I get a salad finally the guy did not pay attention to the ticket about no eggs whatever I picked this off but then didn't even turn on the grease for the fries. I was nervous of what food I was getting because one of the workers had just came from the talking about how all the food went spoiled over the weekend and they had to toss everything but no truck in yet so where is my food coming from is what I wondered. On my way out the door I seen the fries were missing so they offered me another side I got the yams... those are so nasty as well along with the wilted salad I picked around, cucumbers weren't even edible, and the greens on the salad was discolored like it had been sitting out. If I get poisoned please know it was from here. Overall I will not be going here let alone for any service or food. I love to support black businesses but this leaves us to shame. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE FOR SOUTHERN COOKING.

The happy hour drinks are VERY limited. The food was pretty good, and had a good happy hour selection. It took forever for our food to come out. I would go again, if they added more drinks I would consider returning.

Neekah is a great bartender. She is very professional, attentive, and has a beautiful smile.I really enjoyed playing Black Trivia as well.
