I had an excellent lunch experience at 4Thirteen today. The staff was very attentive from the time our party walked in until we left! The food preparation and presentation were exceptional. Our food was served within a very reasonable amount of time and all food items were hot and fresh. We were very pleased with the great-tasting seasonings used on each food item. Thanks to the staff for providing such an enjoyable dining experience. I will definitely return to this restaurant. The other members of the party were pleased to find a new, favorite restaurant.

The buffalo wings were subpar...Don't expect anything bigger than food people like while drunk. I was served hot red wine. When I asked for it to be replaced with a cold glass of red wine, I was told that I still had to pay for the glass despite wanting a replacement, not a refund. The server asked the owner if it can be replaced. She said it is policy not to replace a drink once poured! I have traveled the world and NEVER have been served hot wine! 🔥 Then be told that I gave to accept it and pay for it! This is why BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES don't last! Customer Service should be priority.

Came in for drinks on a Sunday around 7pm it really wasn’t a crowd at all it’s plenty of parking you come in seat yourself I
Saw reserve signs so I’m guessing on certain nights it gets a lil packed but tonight it wasn’t the bartender came over took our drink oreders pretty quick

We let a hostess know we were from out of town and she accommodated us with reserved seating. The service was excellent and the drinks didn’t disappoint. The bartender showed love with every drink, and even sent shots for our table. The DJ gave us a shout out and played H-Town and New Orleans music. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time.

Been a faithful customer for at least 2.5 years. Any family or friends visiting from out of state, I always recommend this place. Always received great customer service. Meka is my favorite bar tender. Tonight Ashley unfortunately was the server. She needs a class in customer service. I will do it free of charge! If you make a mistake on a ticket, please don’t say “y’all are making a big deal out of 1 drink”. Fix it and apologize please. You have learned nothing from your mother who has always given great, friendly customer service! I know she raised you better. 😒😒😒
