Terrible service bunch of kids that dont know what they are doing will charge you extra for chamoy and then drizzle more on then table then they do on the order dont come here

I went with my family to enjoy a snow cone, instead of enjoying my time i had awful customer service and they didn’t make the snow cones correctly, half of my snow cone had no syrup. I expect to get what i pay for

I love that they have a drive thru, although it wasn't obvious to find. There are tons of options and convenient sizes, and the pricing is great. They had plenty of seats inside and we also enjoyed the outdoor tables instead of eating snow cones in the car. Customer service was outstanding.

This place used to be good. I stop by all the time. They keep getting more and more stingy with the juice. This time around I couldn’t taste anything but ice. I think it’s time to start going elsewhere. Or another location.

Always a great experience. Whoever trains the kids deserves an award. They are so polite and wonderful toward small children. So inviting. They have pride in their jobs and clearly enjoy what they do. The shaved ice is remarkable. Especially the signature ones with ice cream in them. Absolutely worth a visit. Bring your kids !

Normally it’s a treat but made the mistake of not checking what time they closed before I went through the drive thru. Absolute worst just syrup asked for extra powder and they put the least amount. Really trying to not sound like a Karen but would’ve rather just had them tell me that they’d rather not serve 15 -20 minutes before close and save my $10.

They are open throughout the year to enjoy and offer bonus points when you purchase during the winter months. I love the customer service and the cashier was simply amazing. She made me feel so appreciated that I took a photo of her so that her management and corporate headquarters can definitely recognize her. She understood the definition of genuine customer service and was detailed and informative to my needs. She even helped me choose a delicious sno cone! Thank you so much!
