This place has gotten so much hate in the reviews but allow me to change your perspective. I came in tonight for the first time and was immediately greeted but several friendly faces. The restaurant was very inviting, clean, and organized (and also much bigger than I ever expected).
I ended up getting the 2 meat plate with turkey, brisket, Mac n cheese, and fried okra. I also got 2 rolls and cinnamon butter.
The brisket was delicious, juicy, and paired with the sweet bbq sauce a total hit for me.
Then I tried the turkey…. Which might be one of the best turkeys I’ve ever had. It was ridiculously good. I’ll be going back for that often!
The Mac n cheese was good, but the okra with ranch was the star here. Super fresh, crispy, and flavorful!
I was very impressed with my experience and thought the food was very very tasty. I’ll certainly be a regular here supporting this business and telling others about it.

Potato casserole was made with boxed flakes and watery. Canned green beans. Mushy Mac & cheese. Inedible jalapeño pinto beans. Nothing was flavored or flavorful including the sauce.

The people here a great, very nice. The brisket is very dry and lacking flavor, ribs are decent but nothing to write home about. The sausage was fairly good and the best part of my plate. For the love of all that is holy, do NOT get the Mac n cheese. Soggy macaroni with a little shredded cheese on top. Was expecting far better from the 4.6 star rating i seen.
