We came here tonight and ordered one smoothie. right when we pulled up to the drive thru we were greeted by a very rude young girl. The name on the receipt was “Harshita”. I placed a mobile order, and when I went to pick it up, was asked to pull over and wait. No big deal. While waiting, the cars behind me got their orders, which was odd since I had a mobile order. My order came out fine, but I felt so bad for the one employee who was working there. She was definitely overwhelmed and it seems like a crime that there is just one person in the business.

UPDATE: Owner replied below and provided an invalid email to send additional information.Ordered the Dude Perfect with the collector’s cup via mobile app. When I picked up my order, the girl staff gave them on a regular cup. I asked why it’s not on a collector’s cup. She said, I need to pay for it separately. I told her I did get the 9.99 one. The one without collector’s cup is 8.99.
