UPDATE: Owner replied below and provided an invalid email to send additional information.Ordered the Dude Perfect with the collector’s cup via mobile app. When I picked up my order, the girl staff gave them on a regular cup. I asked why it’s not on a collector’s cup. She said, I need to pay for it separately. I told her I did get the 9.99 one. The one without collector’s cup is 8.99. She said no and just closed the drive thru window. Do not go to this store. Worst customer service and location.

We came here tonight and ordered one smoothie. right when we pulled up to the drive thru we were greeted by a very rude young girl. The name on the receipt was “Harshita”. We pulled up and she said hello do you have a mobile app we politely said no we do not. Then she asked us what we would like so we told her. After we finished she asked if we were done then when we were in the middle of going to say no she cut us off and asked us again “do you want anything else” we said no. Then she told us to pull forward. Then when we got to the window she asked us again if we had the mobile app. We said no again. Then she read us the total and she got frustrated that we were using card and when we handed her the card she slammed the drive thru window door. And then after a minute proceeded to open it give us the card and the drink. Then didn’t say no have a good night/ thank you or anything. She just handed it to us and slammed the window again and walked away. Very bad customer service. The smoothie was okay. It was refreshing but the service ruined our experience on coming to this location.. this isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location either.

I placed a mobile order, and when I went to pick it up, was asked to pull over and wait. No big deal. While waiting, the cars behind me got their orders, which was odd since I had a mobile order. My order came out fine, but I felt so bad for the one employee who was working there. She was definitely overwhelmed and it seems like a crime that there is just one person in the business.

Why have a drive thru if you have to get out of your car to pick it up? Why order ahead in the app if they're going to start your order after you get to the window? Why ask me to wait outside of my car in the heat for the order? Why does this location exist? This is the worst smoothie king I've been to. Avoid this location like the plague.

I have came here a few times and the times I have it seems to be worse. My smoothies taste and look very watered down. I took a break from this locations for maybe two months and then the last time I went I ordered a 20 oz smoothie that was priced $5.89. When I go to the window they charged me $6.89 for a 20 oz. When I asked the girl in the window said it was taxes. Which is was not because my total was almost $8 with the taxes included. Why are the up charging when their menu prices states different. That’s not okay. Therefore I won’t be coming to this location anymore. I requested a refund and the girl was rude as well. I am just over this place. Don’t recommend.

Awful experience. My second bad experience and had to throw my smoothie bowl away both times. Just awful! The mangos are always under ripe and the whole bowl was frozen (like freezer burnt), barely any toppings and very skimpy granola. Round Grove and the one in Carrollton are the best. I think the girl making everything was sick yesterday too. Just bad for business and I was excited about the location. I am about to contact the headquarters next, I am sure they have to know they are not worthy to be a franchise!

Don't go. It's so gross. As soon as someone opens the window to take your order it smells funny. They need to update, change who owns or works there and clean the place up. Environment makes you not want to order anything and just drive away.

I was so excited when Smoothie King came to Lewisville Main Street. I don’t know what happened but about a year ago the service and quality became unbearable. I drive past this location and go to Flo Mo or the one on 3040 and I know I can get my order, it will be made properly, and return home in shorter time than if I went to the one on Main St which is literally 3 minutes from my house.

Your speaker doesn't work and was told to order from the window. Please fix your speakers to help your team take the order. Also, all the lights were off on your menu board and logo so it's hard to find and see at 8pm. Help your location out

Avoid this location at all costs, there's a very high chance they will screw up your order. I Asked for a large strawberry extreme and I got a medium sugarless watered down strawberry drink if you could call it that. It's not the 1st time this has happened either. And no they weren't super busy as there was no one else there and I can see why.

Tried the new smoothie bowls. It was all frozen solid, so obviously these are not made fresh when ordered. Other locations do not do this.

first time at this location, I usually order online and I always order the same peanut power smoothie. Today I pull up and tell them I ordered online and they didn''t even let me finish telling them my name and my order and they hand me a smoothie. It looks like what I ordered but when i started sipping it, I realized it was not what I ordered. Either they don't know how to make the peanut power smoothie or they completely gave me something different because it tastes like its missing dates and its watered down. I was already halfway home when I realized this so I did not turn back. But still They didn't even let me vocalize what I ordered. Also at other locations my cup usually has a receipt on it, referencing my order. This location DID NOT put a receipt on my cup, so Idk how they could tell one online order from another. If this was a mixup, I sure hope whoever ended up with my peanut power smoothie isn't allergic to peanut butter. This could potentially be a very serious situation if they aren't labeling their online order smoothies.
