This BK has been there since I was in high school and I genuinely don't understand how this place has stayed open for so long. Decided to give BK a try after years and years so I went in and got a number 2 combo. Employees were fine and I got my order pretty quick however, the food ... Oh boy... I have been twice to this location during breakfast time . The older lady is usually pleasant rather she working drive through or from counter. Food always hot and ready.
I stop by drive through to get me a whopper junior and a cup of water. I look at the lid of the water and the top is dirty. I don’t know what is going on at this location but that’s not good. It could be anybody asking for a cup of water. We have to watch how we serve people even if you are short staff of having a bad day.
