I will not be going back to this location. The manager was the one that took my order, and she was very pushy and rushed me through the entire process. As she was speaking fast, I asked her to repeat what she was saying, because with her hispanic accent, I could not understand what she was saying with how fast she was speaking. She then spoke deliberately slow with a VERY condescending and smart ass tone. When I got to the window and spoke with her, she told me that she was not trying to rush me but just needed to get me out of the way and through the drive through. Completely disrespectful with no regards.
Keep in mind, I am not racist, I do come from a military family. As I told the manager, if you don't like your job, get a new one.

They had a new employee and he made a mistake, he overcharged me and he call the manager to give me a refund and the manager refused to refund my money back, she told me is only two dollars , no going back to this place .

Just another order gone wrong. If this place would stop hiring kids, you might get decent business. I had 2 cashiers goofing around, the "machine" isn't working when taking my order and they forgot part of my order. When I asked for zesty sauce the kiddo gave me ketchup. Not coming back to this location anytime soon. With so many bad reviews how is this location still even up? Time to call corporate as this location is just a sad joke.
I went around 10pm and spoke in Spanish and the person who answered didn't know Spanish, then another young man answered me and told me what do you want? I sounded super rude, plus they don't know the difference between jalapenos and cucumbers, and when they delivered the food to me, the meat on my burger was dry!!!!!! It looked like the sole of a shoe, a terrible place to eat, my worst 10 dollars invested. If anyone is hungry, avoid this place.

This is the worst Burger King in Texas!!! I've been thru the drive thru on 3 different occasions and each time it's been terrible. I had to repeat my order 7 times and it was still wrong, there was much laughing as the young man tried to get my order : whopper jr with cheese, no mayo or ketchup only mustard, and medium onion rings. Got my food left the drive thru only to discover yet again my order was wrong. Burger was slathered with mayo and ketchup, no mustard at all. I work right up the road from this location which is why I keep hoping it will improve. Not anymore! I'm going to tell every person that comes in to my store to avoid this location. I'm going to make it my goal in life to make sure no one I talk to will ever go to this Burger King ever.

Good smiling service and nice ambiance. The order taking was quick and the food was served well. We wanted to try the fiery mozzarella sticks and then our all time fav chicken fries. One small glitch was the the mozzarella sticks were not fiery , they had served the normal ones , no complaints as it was done right and had a good cheese pull to it . The chicken fries the fiery ones were half the size of the usual size not sure what happened there . A 'may visit again' place.
