we decided to DoorDash from this place and the food was terrible. They messed up the order. The quality of the food is super mid. Very expensive for kaka food DONT EAT HERE!!!!

Worst place to eat, customer service horrible!! Don’t come here

I went in this evening around 8:20 PM to order a whole chicken. The price listed on the menu was 2299. It is falsely advertising and they charge me 2499 at the window apart from that they did not have any Charro beans available and I said may I get an extra green salsa and they still have the nerve/dignity to charge me for the extra salsa! I’ve never had this experience coming to hear before, but it seems like there may be new management

So we decided to DoorDash from this place at 6:30 the restaurant ends up sending us a message saying that they don’t cater to any other type of food besides chicken at seven so our entire order had to be canceled because they couldn’t make it anymore

Buenas noches a las 6:30 pm ordené un pollo y un kilo de tortillas por DoorDash cuando me llegó la orden no venían las tortillas y la salsa verde vacía dentro de la bolsa y voy a reclamar y en ves de disculparse la cajera estaba enojada como si uno anda pidiendo yo reclamo lo que es mío que yo lo pague que clase de servicio que están dando

We come here regularly best Grill chicken in the area. But The customer service at the drive-through window can be way better!!!

The food was simple, but very good. I wnjoyed the birria tacos and chicken tortilla soup the best.

I was very impressed with the food taste, quality, and quantity! It tasted home made! The tortillas soup was amazing and they didn’t hold back on ingredients with lots of chicken, avocados, cheese, sides, etc.
My fiance got the birria tacos and they were big and very well filled with an awesome dipping sauce! The meats taste like smoked or grilled with lots of infused flavor!
The place is not fancy, just cute true Mexican neighborhood type, but it accommodates just fine with lots of space, chairs, and booths, plus they cater!
You can see the owner working and greeting people, which makes it extra especial and warms the heart to see how proud he is to see people leaving satisfied!

We have placed previous order from here before. And we gave it the benefit of the doubt when they gave us a plate of mole enchiladas with dried chicken. We called today to place an order for a chicken sandwich and the lady on the phone was basically explaining what came on a torta and seemed annoyed when she was asked what all came in it. The approach and customer service was not there. And then after asking about mole enchiladas they weren’t sure if they had any… please keep in mind that customer service goes along way and it pushes customers not want to spend money.

Listen I always come here and I hope the owners see this the Ramirez. I like to support my people especially small business . I have been coming here for a couple months non stop ,After today I don’t think I will be back . Some of you’re workers not all but certain women two of them , were extremely rude . I always come here and ask for minor request maybe to get my meat cut smaller or even if I can get a toasted bread nothing ridiculous in my eyes never had issues . But when I went in these two girl literally kept telling me they could not do anything it was “impossible” and they literally rolled there eyes at me and gave me the nastiest look and said I need to take what they can give me and to stop asking for request . Even to toast my bread like I always ask for she said the kitchen said no they did not want to do it . . I told them I was going to speak to the manager and they said they did not care because the manger was not going to do anything . I will say one of you’re workers knows of my interaction with these certain individuals but they are to scared to speak up because they said the management would not believe them and think they just want to cause problems . I feel bad for this business I work for certain media group and we wanted to promote the business but after today absolutely not Z.

I really enjoy this restaurant; It gives an at home feel. The half chicken if my go to order here! It’s full of flavor, cooked to protection and paired wonderfully with the green salsa! Very one so welcoming and upon arrival. I’m not much of a fan of the rice and beans due to the rice being on the dryer side.
