Needs a good cleaning! Dead bugs covering the window sills, grimy menus, filthy mirrors. Food was ok, but too dirty to go back.
(Kent Moore) I've searched for a place to have breakfast for a long time. The problem is that most restaurants cook their eggs on a griddle, and that leaves the eggs oily and flat. It is the lazy person's way to cook eggs. In my view, East Street has the best breakfast in town. Very pleased.
Food and service was excellent. I recommend this place. Kid friendly atmosphere.
Never been here before but my bf and I wanted breakfast at 1:15pm. Not many good places serving breakfast that late. Google recommended Easy street Cafe, 5 minutes away, decided I'd give it a try. I got the breakfast sampler and my boyfriend got the chicken fried chicken. It was probably THE BEST breakfast either of us have had in a long time. They were super welcoming even though we showed up 30 minutes before closing! I tried my bfs steak and it was hands down the best chicken fried chicken I've had ANYWHERE. I ordered the grits as well, which are easy to mess up. Once again, it was cooked perfectly, everything was still steaming when it got to our table. Better than mamas daughters cafe, korner cafe, IHOP, Denny's, all of those combined. We got two big meals, extra sides, and drinks for $20. You cant beat that for how amazing it was.
Great customer service, the hamburger I had was really tasty
Friendly neighborhood cafe with great people, great food, great service and great prices.
Very friendly service. Food took awhile considering there were about 6 patrons. Food was bland...nothing special. We could have just been on an off day.
This is a hidden gem. I had no idea they've been in business for 27 years. I had their fried chicken, black eyed peas and mashed taters with gravy. The chicken is outrageously delicious and tender. So much preparation can be sensed. I'm definitely bringing my family and friends. This will be a regular spot for me.
Good food, good service. Very nice family run place.
First visit and quit pleased with the service, location and food. Sunday morn,so it wasn't really busy. French toast was cooked just right and coffee was good and hot. Husband enjoyed his biscuits and gravy. Really enjoyed. I'd recommend stopping in and trying them out.

Great food and good customer service
Great place for a morning breakfast. Next time I'll try the pancakes and some eggs. Pleasant environment for catching up with friends on a Sunday morning!
Our first time here. The owners were SO FRIENDLY, chatting with my daughter about her soccer, and apologizing for the wait even though we hadn't been waiting very long at all. Very attentive and gracious. The food was VERY good. My daughter's pancakes were golden and fluffy, the bacon in my breakfast burrito was crispy perfection, and my husband's English muffin was toasted just the way he likes it. We'll be back for sure!
First time here and will definitely return. Great food and great price. It's a family owned business and one of the owners came over and a great conversation
Food was amazing. Great price
