I have been coming to this place for the past 1-2 yrs and their service has always been great, no notes needed. Recently, they forgot to add steak to my bowl and when I came back to tell them about the situation they gave me back my ENTIRE order back for free (even my gyoza). They were so generous, I was execting to get just the meat back but they offered a full service back. Thank you so much guys :)

F&F Japanese Restaurant delivers really flavorful dishes, and everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. The only drawback is the portion of protein, which feels a bit small for the price. Still, the overall taste and quality make it a solid spot worth visiting.

I’ve tested this theory many times…. The Fort Worth location by my work gives more than double the amount of meat, whether it’s chicken or steak. This Lewisville location by my house skimps out hard. Bummer because I love this place but it never fills me up when I go to this one.
