I really not have had the greatest experience at this place a lot of the people that are hired have no respect for even saying thank you for a tip. there is also a order taker that was very rude they told me she was the assistant manager .. they said she gets complaints all the time
This Sonics customer service puts other Sonics to shame!
Charged me for 1 side of ranch dip on an order of $15 + of food that included chicken bites that have dip in the picture. I went ahead and paid because my kid is autistic and wont eat them without the dip. Then, had to ask someone walking by to bring it out because they took so long he was almost done eating his meal.
I'll never go back and won't be surprised when I see this location close.
