Fito's Tacos De Trompo

I loved this place! The staff were friendly and welcoming, Sandro and the manager Julio were especially attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

The food was absolutely delicious. You have to try the beans, they're incredible! The bistec torta was packed with flavor, and the fries were perfect: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. To finish, we had the churros for dessert... mmm, absolutely delicious!

I'll definitely be coming back

These are the best street tacos in Lewisville / Flower Mound. Never had a bad experience. The food, the service, the festive atmosphere will keep me coming back for a long time.

I'm told they have great hamburgers, too. I'm taking one home with me to see for myself.

Im a frequent client that comes here often but today i came and they gave me my tacos with what it seems to be a bunch of meat that falls down from the trompo and they put it together into my taco and it seems just like a bunch of scrapped meat than a perfect slice of trompo meat. And i dont know if the guy at the kitchen knows how to make them right or if he is just new and they dont even have the unique red color, they look more like carnitas

Best birria tacos I’ve had! We accidentally ordered from this location instead of the one closest to our house, and the food traveled so well! Still hot when we got it, and it was soooo good!

First time at this location. I only ordered 6 tacos de trompo especial . Got home and there's only 5. It sucks when you get all the way home and your order is wrong. I didn't think I had to check for 6 tacos to actually be there. Then I tipped for service as we all know we must tip for food after paying. 🙄
What's the point of tipping for service before the service 😂

I wish I had read the one-star reviews before ordering from this place.

I ordered 2 burgers, fries, and a horchata for pickup. When I arrived, my order only had one burger. I informed the staff and paid for the missing burger. When I went to pick up the corrected order, there was still only one burger in the bag.

I brought the issue to the cashier's attention and showed the receipt. Instead of resolving the problem, she appeared nervous, acted like she didn't understand English, and walked away without addressing the issue. At that point, I had already spent enough time trying to get the order corrected.

I was charged $17 for a burger and horchata that I never received. Based on my experience, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Afterward, I looked through the reviews and noticed several customers reporting similar issues with incorrect charges and missing items. My experience unfortunately matched those complaints.

I ordered 3 birra tacos and they were not fried, no cheese and extremely cold. I don't know if this is a thing with Mexican restaurant serving black customers cold food but this is the 1st time eating here. I'm extremely disappointed with my food. Cook with passion. Regardless who you serve everyone should be able to enjoy hot food. I spent $10 but in this economy $10 is a lot. My money counts. So I will not waste any money and I will definitely tell my friends the same.

i ordered 4 tocos and they gave me two i went back for the other two and they again gave me two not four i went back again and they charged me again for 2 more tacos when they already charged me for the 4 when all i received was 2, service was so bad they were talking crap about me in front of me and they touched my food without gloves. Do not come unless you want to argue with somebody.

Dear Fitos Staff (Lewisville)

I’m not even gonna lie my partner and I come here every Tuesday for the 12 taco special. We are young and in school so on a pretty bad budget. We are Mexican and have looked for a good place for a while and yellow tortillas are a non negotiable. We tried this place out and we haven’t stopped coming from the salsa to the service everything is perfect. Please don’t ever take this deal away, i know the price for everything has gone up but we look forward to Tuesday everyday because of yall. I’m not even joking we accumulated so many points is crazy. We love yall, sincerely my big back and my girlfriends big back.
