We ordered 2 monster burritos for pickup. Unfortunately we didn't check the bag before getting home. One of the monster burritos was about half the size. The correct sized monster burrito was missing cilantro and the freebird sized one wasn't toasted. This location isn't my favorite location because the burritos tend to be messy here and hard to eat, but it's local and tasty. However, after several mishaps I don't think I can return to this location. I didn't mind the messy or the missing ingredients but this size mistake was extra. I don't know how they got the size so off with this order. If you were packing this bag thinking it's suppose to be 2 monsters, you'd definitely pause and remake the very small one because it's clearly much much much smaller. I'm guessing they thought it was suppose to be a freebird.

Ac is a little cold but much nicer than being outside where it feels like it's over 100 degrees today. Customer service was fantastic. I was a little hangry and nobody was fazed. Also the chips, salsa and queso were top notch. I wish the veggies were grilled more and that Tattoo Tuesday would come back.

Waited little over 20 minutes for my to go order and while I understand its Cinco de mayo, the fact the place seemed to be understaffed falls on management.

What i really didn't like was the gentlemen filling the bags of chips dropped the container used to measure out the chips on the floor and proceeded to keep using it. While I understand the 5 second rule is a personal guide line, the place being dirty probably not the best thing to do.

Place looked dirty and has gone down hill the last few years.

Had to update my review as the food was just terrible. Potatoes rock hard and its just bad.

Staff at this store dont know how thier own promotions work. We walked in and asked about the bogo dallas stars promotion. They said its only avaliable the day after the game that it was awarded for and expires after the first day.

This is incorrect, the bogo discount code can be applied at check out, on the app, or in store.

They lost the sale and the customers.
