Freebirds World Burrito

Manager got triggered by a Trump shirt. It was the day after the election and we were there for dinner around 7:30 pm.
Poor little guy almost started crying and had to walk outside when a customer wearing the shirt came in. The other employees did their jobs without comment but did say that the manager had been upset about the election all day.

Normally, we love this place, it’s one of our favorites. However, the staff tonight was absolutely unreal.

We were heading out the door when one of the workers chased after us yelling across the restaurant. They wanted us to clean up the mess on the floor our baby had made. We had cleaned the table completely. However, our 1-year old had spilled some food on the floor as 1-year olds do.

I was handed a broom as I was told to clean up the mess. It was not a big mess. It was two small sweeps, that’s it. When I finished cleaning, I had to go put the broom back behind the counter with all the food.

I wouldn’t recommend eating here with kids and I definitely wouldn’t tip if you have kids since you’ll be expected to do everything anyway.

This place was good once! Since it was purchased by Sun Holdings they continue to remove things from the menu to reduce costs and drive profits

Went here for lunch. Got the monster burrito. I do not get rice. I know guacamole is more, and I am ok paying extra. I proceeded down the line, and the person behind the counter asked for different ingredients. Then he scoops a small amount of potatoes (extra) than he looks and says, "You want more. I replied,"Yes," because he put half a scoop, and he did the same with the guacamole. So for the burrito and chips and queso was 28.00. He should have stated that each scoop is 2.00 extra. Besides that, the potatoes were cold so it ruined the burrito. I do not mind paying for I get but come on $28.00 for one burrito is not worth it no matter how many sides. The server of cook should speak up if they are going to ask if you want and then charge by each scoop.

? Freebirds - 4 Stars ?

Just had a burrito last night from Freebirds, and it was seriously delicious! ? The burrito was packed with flavor, and the service was on point too. ? The staff was friendly and quick, making the experience even better.

But here's the thing... they forgot to include my 3 BBQ sauces in the bag! ? I was really looking forward to that extra kick with my burrito. Still, the food was great, and I'll definitely be back. Just hope they remember the sauces next time! ?

All in all, a solid experience, just a small hiccup with the sauces. Can't wait to go back! ??

The employees were super friendly and nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's similar to Chipotle in their burrito or bowl options but a little better priced and they're more friendly.

Freebirds World Burrito never disappoints! The food is absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavors that keep me coming back. The customer service is top-notch as well; the staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcomed. Highly recommend stopping by for a satisfying meal!

The visit wasn't great this time. There was an insect next to the food bar area, and I found a small piece of hair in my food. The food was also not fresh, and we received the scraps that were left. We went at 4 or 5 on a Sunday, which is close to dinner time. It should have been fresh.

Kids eat free it's a lie. It's more like "kid" eats free. I went to this location and was told only one kid meal free per adult entree. The signs don't say that, it says "kids" just beware. As a single father with 2 kids I feel singled out and discriminated against.

They must be doing good business on Uber eats and door dash. I walked in, was the only customer in line and couldn’t get even an acknowledgment from the guy behind the counter as he just kept making bowls for what I assume were online orders.

The guy at the register seemed to call over to the guy on the line and let him know I was standing there. The dude just shook him off and refused to even look over or give me a “we’ll be right with you.” So I left. That delivery money must be good, they clearly didn’t need mine.

As I was walking out the register guy tried to call me back, but I was done at that point and waved him off and kept walking. There are dozens of other places to eat.

I like eating here. They have more options than Chipotle their food won't burn your mouth like Chipotle. The brisket here is so delicious and tender. The only issue is that they don't offer the brisket all the time. You have to catch when they have it. But if you do, boy what a treat!
