Been meaning to leave them a good review. When coming here I always order a turkey style honey baked sub. The sandwiches here are made to order with the freshest tomatoes and lettuce. Too yummy!! Ms Mikayla, Mrs Martha and Mr Lee are the best. They always remember what I usually order and make it perfect every visit. All three deserve a raise for exceptional service. 15/10 Love it :-)

The staff were really polite and the service was excellent. It was also very quick service. I was in and out within 3 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back!

They didn’t have a ham available as a walk in. Although that wasn’t great, I understand. I was told I would have to order one. Okay, then I tried to order one at the store. I was AT THEIR REGISTER with payment, and no, I couldn’t order one. Nope, I had to leave and order one ONLINE. UNBELIEVABLE. So fine I did, and when I showed up at the store at the pickup time the next day, it wasn’t ready. REALLY? I love your ham and the staff was pleasant. But your policies and practices are ridiculous.

The next day I got the standard “we value your feedback “ type of survey. Too soon, I haven’t even opened the ham. And the survey itself forced me to answer questions I had no answer for. Badly designed survey and rubbed me the wrong way when I was already angry.

I will never return. There are competitors in the area who also have good ham (e.g., HEB), and they also have great customer service.

Great sandwich for our lunch. Clean, fast, and the gentleman who made our sandwiches was outstanding. His personality was wonderful, knowledgeable, outgoing and was a great representative of the restaurant.They are lucky to have him. (He wore Glasses and had a beard, which was covered! Stopped by for lunch on National Sandwich Day..so glad we did ! The Tavern Club was delicious,and the slider samples we tasted were very good..We will be back for the biscuit one. However, it was the customer service by Ms Kristy and Anthony that did it for me. She was soo friendly,welcoming and courteous! Anthony made a great sandwich with a smile on his face. Thank you both for being a great representation of this establishment. You will have a repeat customer in me.

PROs: Work ordered lunch. 24 hour notice for orders. Friendly customer service! Everything was boxed and individually labeled with names and on time.CONs: Unable to finish Cobb Salad. Too heavy with fried onions, bacon bits, cheese, croutons, tomatoes & it spilled over. I had to remove the heaviness and deconstruct the salad.

Decided to make an Easter brunch before everyone had to leave for work. I didn't have a lot of prep time so Honey Baked Ham Company to the rescue. Thanks to the them there I purchased a small spiral no bone honey baked ham. It was just perfect size, center stage on the table with all the veggie dishes I made. It always tastes great. Leftovers made the best sandwiches. They also make sandwiches to go there plus have catering options for your whole meal. ?
