I was there today at 4pm through the drive-thru order. Your cashier was wearing a mask but no gloves.
Please make sure that all your employees are always wearing gloves when handling food. It's even more important during the pandemic.
I went there at midnight last night and ordered a sourdough jack and the meat was cold. I would have went back through the drive thru but the line was long. Very disappointed 😔
I ordered a jumbo jack and when I got back to work to eat, there was no meat. Instead, there was an egg...why?? Who would think its ok to randomly substitute the meat on a jumbo jack? Ill never go back here.
