Yall really had the nerve to serve someone burnt food????

Terrible experience! We ordered online to get our food delivered to us. One sandwich that was supposed to be grilled was cold and the cheese was still in the wrapper. Another sandwich had brown avocado and the chicken tasted funny. Definitely a waste of time and money. Not at the standard that we expect from Jason's Deli.

I had the Salad Bar with chicken. Found enough things on the bar to meet my Paleo dietary needs, no dairy, no starchy vegetables, no breads. No too sure about the dressings as they probably contain seed oils.
It was clean, food was fresh and the service was good.

The food is consistently good. If you like sandwiches and soups - this is a great option. Manager's Special allows for nice choice that includes soup and sandwich. I like their Italian po' boy, steak po' boy, and club sandwich

The food is fresh and good here. The salad bar was really clean, and so were the restrooms. I did notice that there was a lot of dust on the window sills, lights/cords, and edges of the ceiling. Those could definitely use some attention, but other than that, good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The past few times we have received food from this location they forget our sides, forgot the salsa that comes with the chipotle chicken and avocado panini, which was also not made correctly. The chicken noodle soup tasted like it had gone bad, this is the second time in a row having a bad experience from this particular spot and will not be getting anything from here moving forward.

Had an issue with Uber eats where the menu item we got wasn’t being sold anymore; charging us regardless of this item not being available. Carissa was wonderful and caring as she helped us through this unfortunate situation. She immediately took action and made us food that was available. Thank you for taking the time to assist us!

Wow ok great atmosphere and Super Professional Customer Service . Mr. Bill was smiling and taking orders. He knew the menu so well, and he made sure nothing was left from my order. He asked all the right questions like size, dressing and if I needed utensils. He made me feel confident that everything was complete and the restaurant and was so clean I didn't have any concerns. Everyone was friendly and working so well together, you could tell they like where they work and who they're working with. Thanks for the Amazing Customer Service 😀

The cashier was not polite, did not greet me at all. I had to say hello and thank you. I will not be patronizing this location again.

I placed a order over the weekend, a baked potato. After getting home I noticed the potatoe had no chicken only cheese. I called and spoke to the weekend manager told her my complaint she pulled up the receipt. I told her I live far and would bring the food back. I brought the food back, receipt and spoke to the manager Carissa on Monday.She tells me she cant issue a redund that would have to go through corporate. She was unprofessional about things no apologies. She didnt want to take my information down to give to corporate, I told her I have a pen and asked what did she need to submit to corporate. After giving her my info I spike to the Managing partner Bill. His tone was not better and he had a attitude. This was odd behavior coming from two people in management. Hi thought it was amusing and funny by the laughing he displayed. I expressed to him I have brought the food back and I want a refund. He it would be issued from corporate.I'm still waiting on a refund for their mistake. As of today I spoke with corporate explained my concern of how I was treated and my food complaint. I was told the manager bill at this location has to issue my refund. They both should not be in any manager roles treating customers in this manner. I'm still waiting for a refund on a order they did incorrect, they have the food but Bill refuses to do his job as a partner in the company. He should have the ability to not take things personally when someone comes to him with a complaint, this is business. I will never fo back here. Dont eat here they will not take accountability if they mess up on your order! Also to add when I places my order with cashier Miriam I was very specific with my order and she confirmed the order before I paid. so the question is the order was done intentionally wrong in my view. But the manager over the weekend stated someone may have been ready to go home quickly and done it wrong.
