The appearance of the store is friendly and the atmosphere is not loud or bright, making it fine for kid‑friendliness and wheelchair accessibility with handicap parking spots and a ramp to enter. Customers notice excellent customer service and courteous, kind, professional staff. The team provides attentive, patient, helpful and genuinely kind service with a positive attitude and respect for each guest. When an issue with a delivery order occurred, the staff went above and beyond, fixing the situation with kindness and outstanding service. The staff make gourmet cookies such as cornbread cookie, s’mores cookie and vanilla crumb cake ft. Golden Oreo, and also make strawberry shortcake and birthday cake patriotic when available. The cookies are good, soft and have good icing, and the size makes up for the price, which is good but a little pricey. Parking is close and not crowded. Overall the experience is wonderful, smooth and enjoyable, and the location is highly recommended for its exceptional service, kindness and quality cookies.
