I’ve never had an order be completed on time here. Ordered my pizza on the app at 5:30 with a 6:10 eta on the pizza. It’s now 6:35, over an hour since we ordered and I’m still standing here waiting. Not the first time this has happened either
my favorite little Caesars the guy that works the register is always in a good mood and never have to wait 10 mins for a pizza

Took 5 minutes of standing at the counter to even be acknowledged. Gave order and wasn't given a time frame. During the wait, heard the kitchen manager say twice to do all portal orders first, and walkins could wait. There are no longer any chairs to sit in while you wait, and the AC is broken. One customer ahead of me waited 45min to find they had not even started her pizza yet, so left with a refund. After my own 45min wait, I end up with a cold pizza with barely cooked dough, practically raw bread sticks that could be barely called bread sticks.

First time I ever, ever went into a food establishment, and get denied services because, maybe they were busy? Not sure, didn't look like it! Plus it was 7000 degrees in there! At Pizza Hut now, great service, and great A/C!
