Well it seems that lately they never have anything in their warmer box they make you wait when you get there when they should have basic pepperoni pizza ready to go in the warmer box but it doesn't seem lately like they have. It's just not inviting anymore

The pizza was soggy and undercooked. I had to peel it off of the box and put it back in the oven at home. The screen to enter a code was off, so I still had to wait in line anyways.

I came to this little Caesars because it's on my way home from work, but I'll keep going to the one closer to home instead.

I hate this location The worst the first time I went here I ordered the pepperoni cheese puffs. The lady made them fresh for me and they were so doughy. I’m talking about complete dough inside but cooked on the top. I said OK I’m not going back to this location. I decided to go back and was disappointed again when I walked in I wasn’t greeted when the person did come to the front I said hello this man looked me dead in my eye and said absolutely nothing!!! So I just started ordering. My pepperoni cheese puffs were not puffing and were hard as if they have been out for awhile And my breadsticks have nothing on them barely just bread. They don’t seem to care at this location. Two bad experiences is enough for me.

Rude and half ass get your order correct

Toppings on box , most not on pie but in the area where it was cut

Very disappointed in the customer service. The GM contradicted what she was stating. I called to order Italian cheese bread with bacon and pepperoni which I have done before and the person took my order with no hesitation or advising that I would be getting a deep dish pizza instead. When I got my order I told the person at the counter it wasn’t what I ordered and she stated that they can’t customize Italian cheese bread however it was done before. I asked to have the Italian topping on the pizza and she told me I had to pay a dollar for it. But prior to asking for the topping she told me I was charged the same price so I was confused why I would have to pay a dollar when I placed an order and did not received what I ordered and being the customer who wasn’t in the wrong the GM should have took accountability for her employee mistake not fault the customer. The GM end results was to pay the additional dollar or get a refund. I chose refund because I was already paying for something that I didn’t order. And I go to this location often it sucks to be treated poorly.

Faster service for online order

Waited 25 minutes for 2 pizzas when it was not busy. The peperoni was fine, but the cheese pizza was noticeably smaller in size by comparison. As if a medium pizza was put in a large box with so much wiggle room. I went back in the store and explained this to the argumentative Indian lady who was not understanding what the problem was and just repeating herself and even laughing. I asked her to remake my pizza because this was not a large that I paid for. She was so rude. 1 star for terrible customer service. The men who usually work at the front counter are always nice, and never had problems before with them.

The Food is basic and for us a good option as a quick, affordable meal after long day and extracurricular activities and no time to cook. The people working here are always nice and welcoming. Will continue to support them.

I knew it would be busy coming in but JUDITH!!! Wow is she amazing! She was hustling, bustling, and just out right ROCKING it with a smile on her face and manners that are almost extinct nowadays. What a gem! The wait time was exactly what she told me it would be despite the rush of us pizza lovers completely out numbering her.

I ordered a beef pan pizza and when I got home it was sausage. So I called the store and they answer the phone. Called again and they picked up the phone and put me on hold without saying anything to me. Bad customer service.

Ordered off of Uber eats and noticed my drivers kept dropping my order. So i decided to call and see what the issue was… called multiple times and no one picked up the phones. Everyone who was working on Friday September 27th, 2024 between 6:45pm and 7:45pm should be fired. I will never go back to this location.
