Lucky Panda Cafe is a mom and pop operation with a clean, nicely decorated dining room. The staff is very friendly and courteous, providing fast service with good wait time for the food. The food is delicious and great tasting, with large serving sizes. The lunch special is a good deal, including soup, egg roll, and rice with an entree for a great price. Menu options include Crispy Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken, Happy Family, Garlic Beef, Hot & Sour soup, Wonton soup, peppered chicken w/vegetables, and General Tso's Chicken. The hot and sour soup is just the way people love it, and the egg drop soup is also a favorite. The amount of food is very large, so many customers take home leftovers for another meal. The menu is long on selections and can be ordered by number. The restaurant is highly recommended for locals, with take-outs popular for each dine-in.
