I placed an online order for a grilled chicken sandwich combo. I picked my order up from the drive thru and Wynn is who assisted with giving me my order. What should have been just a simple pick up... Wynn made it an awesome customer experience. His customer service is PHENOMENAL!!
My sandwich is full of flavor and tastes great as usual. I love the pair with the Zapp's chips... I couldn't imagine having my order without it. The strawberry passion fruit refresher was REFRESHING!

I got to the store 12 minutes before they closed and there were three employees sitting around doing nothing. They told me that the ovens are off and that they wouldn't be able to help me.

VERY rude staff! I entered that shop the guy in there looked me in the eye after I said hi and smiled and didn’t say a word. Then proceed to ignore me even though the store was empty!!! Then he asked me what do I need as if I harmed him in any kinda way. Very bitter

1st time trying Potbelly. Pictures online look alot bigger and better than what it really is. I ordered the primerib steak sandwich. The bread and cheese was toasted and melted but the meat was cold (fridge cold) Meatball sandwich was made good. Not impressive but they were tasty.

I got a sandwich and I just wanted the regular toppings that came on it and for some reason they loaded my sandwich with every topping they offer imaginable, and shorted me on the prime rib meat there that I was actually excited to try. Idk why they didn't use any common sense there:(

I ordered online via the app for delivery. When my food got here the delivery person did not knock, didn't get an app alert, they idn't ring the doorbell, or anything. So by the time I got my food from the porch because I didn't know it was there it was ice cold and gross. So basically I paid like five or six extra dollars to have crappy food.
