Love the food. The vibe inside is more for younger people.

We do like come here. Food is great and service is quite acceptable.
The issue is when the restaurant is full of kids from the school next door.
They are extremely noisy and employees don't do anything about it.
We just want to go to a place to enjoy our meal.
Instead, we have to eat quickly so we can go home and get away from those kids and their screams and noise.
It's irritating.

This specific location loves to close before their posted time. This is not this first time this has happened to me at this location. Supposed to close at midnight, but they had the parking lot blocked off by cones at 11:20 when I pulled in. Employees were still inside with the lights on.

I ordered two box combo meals. Very specific. My wife ordered extra crispy and I did not. They gave her not crispy at all. Then they took both back when I said something and made them both extra crispy. I told the lady that that was not the way we ordered it. And then she looked me in the eyes and said “I don’t know what you want me to do”. I come to this restaurant to once or twice a week. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. Even if they mess up, I understand that happens and they are usually always willing to fix it. But this type of service is inexcusable.

Better than expected for a fastfood chain. Interior was surprisingly good and clean. Food was good, although I'm not sure what you are supposed to do with a boring load of bread. Great place if you are in the mood for fried chicken

This was so frustrating. We waiting 25 to finally get to the window to have to repeat the order and Watch him open my box no less than five times talked to five people, and then hand me the wrong order the wrong drink. Even I verified there was cane sauce in there because we had paid for extra cane sauce got home. We had two chicken strips in one we had six trips and another some fries and no sauce.
It’s so expensive to get your order wrong so often.

Great spot for a late-night dinner. We received the dependable Cane’s experience with high-quality service, excellent chicken strips, and the signature Cane’s sauce that always stands out. Everything was fresh, quick, and exactly what we expected.

Normally never have issues here, food taste great. Went through the drive through this time and had my order repeated back to me 3 times (at the box, pay window, pick up window). Still got it wrong! Got all the way home before I realized.

I usually don’t write reviews and I’m not an easily impressed person. TONY WAS AWESOME!!!!👏🏾 Not just with how he handled my order (as I am particular on certain things like all my sauces being in a completely separate container, amongst other order substitutions), but as I was waiting for my order I saw him helping out and paying attention to not only his coworkers but also many clients, as it was pretty busy. His attention to detail was impressive and he was very professional and fast. In the time I was there I saw him politely correct his coworker when I say the coworker going to put sweet tea in my cup when I had requested unsweet, he didn’t scoff or down his coworker, he just got it done! He had a very poised and hard working demeanor. TONY I want to give you your flowers man, I have been going to Canes since I was in high school roughly 15 years ago, so have been to A LOT of different Canes locations and have encountered lots of Canes employees. You are by far the most memorable and most impressive Canes employees I have ever seen. TONY KEEP BEING THE PERSON YOU WERE FOR ME AND I PROMISE WHEN YOU LOOK BACK YOU’LL HAVE NO REGRETS ABOUT ANYTHING! KEEP WORKING HARD! Manager also agreed with me as I made a comment about how he was doing his thing, and he nodded his head and said “yes, he always does.” 🌹🌸💐🌺🌷🌻🌼🪷🪻🌹🌸💐🌺🌷🌻🌼🪷🪻
