Staff and GM were exceptional. Food was very good and the atmosphere was what was expected. Prices are a bit high but the flavor and freshness of the food more than made up for it. I would highly recommend this location, A+ and two thumbs up 👍
I’ve only ever gotten drive thru or take out from this Raising Canes and have never had any issues with the customer service. Everyone has always been polite and the drive thru is pretty quick. The chicken is always hot and fries are cooked perfectly. I would recommend the large portions for a family of five. We had so many left overs! Yes, it’s a little pricey, but I feel like it’s quality!
Ordered a few box combos and they were missing some chicken strips. Called them and they said they said just come by and they’ll make it right. Was super nice customer service for a simple mistake. Yeah it was a little inconvenient but hey I ended up with more food than I paid for. They’ll make it right.
