After coming back from Japan I wanted to have the same taste I had when I was visiting and I had came across this place and I will say this over and over and over again I would come here again. The aesthetic and the food was just amazing.
Not only is this the best ramen I’ve ever had, but the environment’s cozy and the staff is very friendly! I’m making this place a regular spot!
Edit to add: my fiancé and I have been coming here for five years now and this is still one of the best (if not the best) restaurants in the DFW area. I have never had better ramen and you can tell that the chef is a master of his craft.

Chef Akira has truly created something special. The Italian-Japanese fusion concept sounds bold on paper, but the execution is seamless — and his ramen is, without question, the best I’ve had. Every bowl is thoughtfully crafted, rich in depth, and unlike anything else you’ll find in the city.
What makes the experience complete is the warmth of the service. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome — attentive without being intrusive.
