The food was great, but customer service is a bit lacking. I was not greeted, just asked what I wanted. No personality from anyone behind the counter, but like I said, the food was great.
The beef and chicken fajita taco plates were good. The chicken tamales were good too. The refried beans could have been better. The rice was good. Salsas were good as well. The chicken enchiladas were different and tasty. I walked in thinking it was a server type place. You walk in, place your order and they call your number- which is fine and the food came out quick. No issues, tortillas were good and not crowded at all.
Rosa’s Café & Tortilla Factory is one of my favorite spots for authentic Mexican dishes. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and you can really tell they put care into every meal. I especially love how everything tastes like homemade, definitely a place I keep coming back to!
