We went on a weekday morning and were seated quickly. I had fresh OJ (so good) and the “Vigas” on the menu (just egg, tortillas strips, soy chorizo, with tomato, jalapeño, black beans, salsa, and corn tortillas). My partner had pancakes and a side of crispy hash browns. Both of us had way too much food and took some to go, but the flavors were good!

Second time to visit and it was New Year's Day so there was a glitch with their Toast wait list system. That said, LOVE this restaurant. I love that we can bring not-yet vegans to a place where they can see that it is possible and that's where the future of taking care of this planet is. The extensive vegan menu is a joy to peruse. Only downside is how expensive everything is. Other than that please visit if you want to try breakfast faves in a vegan way!

I showed up to Seven Mile this morning feeling sick and paralyzed from the waist down. After having Lex as my waitress, not only was I served top-tier cuisine, but I was COMPLETELY HEALED of all my physical impediments! Lex did nothing in specific to de-paralyze me. On the contrary, it was her effortless, all-natural kindness and love!
