first time at this location, I usually order online and I always order the same peanut power smoothie. Today I pull up and tell them I ordered online and they didn''t even let me finish telling them my name and my order and they hand me a smoothie. It looks like what I ordered but when i started sipping it, I realized it was not what I ordered. Either they don't know how to make the peanut power smoothie or they completely gave me something different because it tastes like its missing dates and its watered down. I was already halfway home when I realized this so I did not turn back. But still They didn't even let me vocalize what I ordered. Also at other locations my cup usually has a receipt on it, referencing my order. This location DID NOT put a receipt on my cup, so Idk how they could tell one online order from another. If this was a mixup, I sure hope whoever ended up with my peanut power smoothie isn't allergic to peanut butter. This could potentially be a very serious situation if they aren't labeling their online order smoothies.

I love smoothie king! I usually go to the one on Round Grove try not to come to this location even though it’s closer to my house, because I’ve never had a good experience here. I did not have a bad experience this time other than I was charged for a large after we definitely asked for two 22 oz shakes. I didn’t want to make the poor kids life complicated so we just took the shakes. This smoothie king is always dirty every time I have been there I always go to the window not the drive thru and the inside is extremely dirty floor, cup area, sink area. There’s usually trash on the floor as well. It just doesn’t look good, and I know it’s not a busy location it should at least stay clean. It makes me wonder if the equipment used to make the shakes is clean.

The worst service ever. AND they don't make the smoothies to the Smoothie King's standards. It seams like they're trying to save on ingredients and make the smoothies with less ingredients and more ice, becoming a "water down smoothie".They're super rude and argumentative.DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!CORPORATE SHOULD CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!!!

Past few times have been awful. Smoothie when being made from kid with pj’s on with brown curly hair and other kid with pant halfway down showing underwear, and young girl with pj’s. I get the smoothie it’s watered down and tasted old before and got me sick. I gave them a few tries but it’s always no good when they’re working. Only time it’s good is when manager makes it and one other young black girl makes it. If you can’t get them take your money and run. Even after getting a refund it takes forever to get money back. Waste my time when I’m on lunch break. Rude employees who don’t care about getting you sick or your time. Safe to say I won’t be going back after going right around the corner for years.

The worst Smoothie King experience today! Ordered ahead but waited in drivethru ~10min with no cars ahead of us. ? Ordered Lean1 Choc & the PB Drizzle Smoothie Bowl for my wife. However, we were given a bowl of acai soup with rotten fruits. There were 2 slices of brown banana sunken to the bottom ? It also contained coconut pieces (which she hates) and is not in the bowl as it comes. We've ordered this bowl a few times now, each time it was presented just like the ad. Not today! Idk how you mess up a smoothie this badly. I want my money back or a replacement.Also, pics taken after she had started taking out the soggy fruit and spooning through it with disgust.

Don’t come here. My last few experiences have been bad for the same reason.. i order my smoothie, then i drive up to the window.. only to be asked what i ordered again. So annoying. Then i try to use my reward app and no one had a clue how to scan it in. I tried using a $2 off rewards but they did not apply it. So i paid full price. It is just a bunch of high school kids working there not paying attention to what they are doing. How unfortunate i still remember when this place was good when it first opened.

Ordered an angel good w extra bananas, smoothie was runny and barley chilled, asked for a remake. Left with an extremely sour beverage. Didn’t even drink half just through it away. Never again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Lewisville Main Street This place is not managed properly at all. Today I waited 45 minutes for a mobile order and when I pulled to window I was still asked at what was my order. Three teens working didn’t know their head from their butt you could tell they were either confused or high. Either way I will not return to this location. Good Riddance!

They are soooooo slow!!! Ordered my smoothie via app. It said it would be ready by 12:03. I finally got it at 10 after. So glad Jamba opened down the street! So much better and so much faster!!!! And every time they make a mess. Can’t get a drink without it running down the cup and getting everywhere!

Don’t come here. Extremely rude staff and told us “we aren’t making anymore smoothies” when they’re open for another 1.5hrs. To see 1 star rates comments for this place going back as far as 2 years gives me the notion that smoothie king is tolerating this behavior for reasons not in the interest of its’ customers. Pretty sad to see companies once again not prioritizing the people.

The kids employees are playing around too much. My smoothie request had no flavor and it wasn’t much mix correctly. One of the girl employees enter the place thru the window. A lot of horsing around. I would like a refund and I won’t be going back.

I don’t know what’s the point to rush customer to make the order if they going to take forever to do a simple shake. They’re to rude with customer the most horrible customer service I ever seen in my life not even the right receipt was give it to me.

I always have a decent experience here. We order via the app 90% of the time. I will note that we usually don't go during peak hours in the morning.
