Why have a drive thru if you have to get out of your car to pick it up? Why order ahead in the app if they're going to start your order after you get to the window? Why ask me to wait outside of my car in the heat for the order? Why does this location exist? This is the worst smoothie king I've been to. Avoid this location like the plague.
I have came here a few times and the times I have it seems to be worse. My smoothies taste and look very watered down. I took a break from this locations for maybe two months and then the last time I went I ordered a 20 oz smoothie that was priced $5.89. When I go to the window they charged me $6.89 for a 20 oz. I placed a mobile order, and when I went to pick it up, was asked to pull over and wait. No big deal. While waiting, the cars behind me got their orders, which was odd since I had a mobile order. My order came out fine, but I felt so bad for the one employee who was working there. She was definitely overwhelmed and it seems like a crime that there is just one person in the business.
