I really not have had the greatest experience at this place a lot of the people that are hired have no respect for even saying thank you for a tip. there is also a order taker that was very rude they told me she was the assistant manager .. they said she gets complaints all the time
no smiles, no names, no cares and almost an hour to get my mobile order. Yet, I still tipped. Maybe I should work happy hour here and show these people how to push through the crap and still smile!
Every time I come by here thinking I should give you another chance and every time you prove me wrong. The whole crew needs retraining on food quality. The food is never correct and never up to standard. Go learn from your neighbors, like the one in Coppell.
