Cafeteria style line. Carolina style pork, mustard. Ribs, chicken, pork, brisket and more. Lots of veggies. Wonderful hot rolls. Cobbler and ice cream for dessert. Picnic table and booth seating. Free drink refills.
Food was okay. I got the combination plate. That comes with a few slices of brisket, a few thin slices of sausage, and two ribs. Comes with two basic sides. That’s about $20. Mac and cheese is a premium side and cost more. The bread they pass out has an empty feeling inside. Nothing like the bread from Texas Roadhouse. Overall, you could get a lot more better quality food at other places for the $20 you will spend at this bbq spot.
Bar-b-Q was excellent, sides were good, bread items were not acceptable considering cost. restaurant is clean, bathrooms clean, adequate parking but its hard to get to parking lot if you miss turn in. The buns I ordered for sandwiches and the rolls were day old at best . The sliced brisket, chopped brisket were on point . The sides were also good and in comparrison to other chain BBQ restaurants were superior. Im saying the sides were good but not great. The manager was clean,...
