I am so sick of this location!! They are the laziest people! And do the bare minimum! I have lived down the road from this location for 15 years and will drive across town just to avoid this location! Today they gave me an OPENED PROTEIN box that had a black hair on the egg!!! I am furious!!!!!!!!!!! Tried calling several times and no one will answer so now I’m going to leave a public review and maybe you will see that! I want my money back!!!!! Get it together at this location!!!!

I am a regular iced brown sugar espresso drinker. I know what the drink is suppose to look and taste like. I was driving through Lewisville and as I headed out I placed a mobile order at this location. When I made my stop to pick it up. I was pleased to see my drink!!...it was what I expected. I noticed certain locations are not consistent in the way it is made. Thank you Lexi, I asked the barista at the drive thru and he gave me your name.The Starbucks in The Colony (Main & 121) should take notes from you.

The morning crew is great. Seldom have an issue. But the evening crew? Avoid this location if you need coffee in the evening! Consistently slow, drive thru is a glaciel pace at best with wait times at least 15 min and often longer. I ordered through the app more than 15 min before heading there since ordering 5-10 min before never made a difference and sure enough drive thru is around the store. I go to enter the store and they closed the cafe area. I called from outside and asked can someone just bring my drink by the door since I ordered almost 20 min ago and I shouldn't have to wait another 20 min in the drive thru and they just say, "no. Sorry". When the dayshift people leave they should just shut the whole store down because the evening crew has no clue how to run it efficiently.
