Worst customer experience, rude, not able to speak or understand English, not allowed to dine-in at 9pm and this place closes at 10pm, when asked saying need to clean up and arrange? Broken toilet and not allowed to even wash hands. Will never come again.

After reading the many 1 star reviews and noticing a distinct trend. I feel like this will definitely do nothing to help improve others experience at this establishment. It is obvious that the owner either cannot or will not hire employees of a higher caliber. However, I would be remiss if I didnt at least attempt to warn others to steer well clear of this place. There are a million other places right near by, save yourself the headache and need to add to the many bad reviews. In our case we placed an online order with a coupon, and we noted a change. My wife despises the new rotisserie chicken and always subs for the cheaper grilled chicken. Always nonproblem every where else. When we got to the counter the lady informed us she would not substitute the chicken. We offered to pay more for the change she just continued to say no repeatedly at high volume until we walked away to avoid a scene. Have it your way, apparently does not apply to this franchise. She was curt, rude, and obnoxious and clearly didnt have the best grasp of the English language, nor did her counterpart. These two aggressive, incompetents need lessons in customer service, and common decency. Needless to say we left, underserved, unsatisfied, and perturbed. This place needs new ownership, new employees, and maybe i wouls return but not likely. Rant over! Sorry for length!

This post actually deserves zero stars I’ve ordered delivery twice now on Thursday 6/12 and today 6/17. DoorDash ppl never showed up with my food I reached out to DoorDash they said call subway. I’ve called multiple times and no one never answers the phone. Went to my car to get an old receipt the number and email on the bottom that supposed to be the Area Manager information is fraudulent. The email is not legit and the number is a text now number. I’ve lost a totally of $50 with this place never again!

My boyfriend and I went in around 5:10pm today and waited probably about 15 mins before being asked what we wanted to order. We got through our order and got to the checkout and as the employee (an Older lady with glasses) was bagging our food we informed her we had a coupon (before she even rang us up). She told us “scanner broken so no” and we asked so we can’t use it? And she got frustrated and said “scanners broken idk what you want me to do” but then she took the coupon from my boyfriend’s hand and put it in anyway manually. This whole time we were kinda stunned and not really speaking but after she applied it and we checked out, she told us next time you have a coupon, ask to use it before your order. But what I don’t understand is we don’t really come to subway so how are we the customers supposed to know it needs to be scanned and can’t be entered (which obviously it can if she did it but was reluctant) and two … that’s your job as a business to inform customers before they order. So so very rude. Again, was stunned this whole time and didn’t love her attitude.

Juana is the manager here Ive gotten to know her thru my consistent visits. She takes pride in her work. You can tell by how mice it always looks. They accept coupons unlike other subways in the area also.

This place is complete trash from the workers to the food. Terrible portions, sloppy ass sandwich, old ass bread and to top it off I damn near chocked on chicken bone. What makes me mad is I was aware that this subway is the worst one I’ve ever had from a previous experience but didn’t realize it was this location when I ordered online. Definitely will be calling corporate in the morning subway needs to do something about this location franchise or not. It’s ridiculous how they continue to get away with being this damn sorry. Its really some bullshit.
Hispanics that work in here are rude as hell. Never again will I step foot in here. No acknowledgment or nothing. Won’t get my bucks.

The short hair lady with glasses almost got called every word in the book but GOD. He r attitude and the way she looked and talked to me. I just walked off when she was talking. She almost got more than just words. I advise you to not go to this location. The customer service is horrible, they acted like they didn't even want to take my order. And I don't play that.

This location was horrible a long time ago. They did a lot of improvements on the store, started to stay fully stocked, and hired good employees. However, the two older ladies you have working in there today were totally rude and had severe attitude when I went to pick up my order. The first lady I encountered rolled her eyes when I asked to pay extra for a bottled drink and went to get the other woman who was working with her. When that lady came out, she told me I couldn't pay extra for the bottled drink and she said it "wasn't her problem" when I tried to explain that I selected the bottled drink online, but was willing to pay the difference since their system changed it. Completely rude and uncalled for. As a small business owner, this is not how you treat your customers if you want them to return. Given that this location has had so may issues and bad reviews in the past, you may want to consider retraining these two!

Ricky was awesome is was super busy and he was the only person working and he still handled everyone Flawlessly. He had a great attitude and my sandwich tasted great!!!

LONG REVIEW. I’ll start off by saying i don’t think i’ve ever posted a bad review in my life. i actually don’t go out of my way to write reviews at all.. but i had the worst experience today at this location. I made an online order and got a bottled pepsi with my meal. there was a older hispanic woman with glasses working. as soon as i was going to get my bottled drink out of the fridge she immediately said “no you get a small cup” i said “oh i could have sworn i got a bottled drink” i checked my receipt & it said “pepsi” so i told her i got a bottled pepsi.. she then proceeded to get an awful attitude & started pointing at the menu as if i was stupid telling me bottled cokes are $4. i said “im not sure what is going on but i know i put a bottled coke on my order, but ill just pay the .50 difference & get one” she then told me no i wasn’t gonna do that & i just needed to cancel my whole order & start a new one. i told her i have somewhere to be & i don’t have time to do that. she said “not my problem” & told me to get a fountain drink or start a new order. i told her that pepsi isn’t even an option for the fountain drinks so how does that make any sense?? she then told me again “i know, not my problem”. i just ended up leaving with the small cup drink because i had somewhere to be! i know it may not seem like a big deal to many people but i have never been treated so poorly by someone in costumer service. it was a horrible experience! & by seeing these reviews a lot of people have had a problem with this same lady. honestly something should be done about it at this point!
