I just came to the subway and I ask for a veggie sandwich the old man was bit rude and when I asked them to add a sub crunch he said they don’t have it when it was right in front of the veggie line
I own multiple subway in Tulsa and I cannot accept this kind of behavior the service is so bad the owner or the manager really needs to talk to their employees

They lie about the scanner being broken for coupons so they can retain money for there franchise and then put the smallest amount of meat ever on the sandwiches. I still ordered on my app and she got upset. The green light in the photo shows the scanners on and working.

I’m at Subway at 9:48 PM, and the store hours are clearly listed as 9 AM to 10 PM. However, the store is closed 13 minutes before the scheduled closing time. If someone wanted to enter the store at 9:50 PM, they should be able to do so, but the store is locked, and the open sign is still displayed. Despite the store being closed at 9:48 PM, as per the hours of operation, I’m quite confused. Logically, if someone wanted to enter, they shouldn’t be able to. It’s very frustrating. I don’t understand how you guys manage to stay open.

I came in with my trained service dog and was denied service “until i left my dog outside”. No manager on site. Words from worker “No dogs allowed — orders from the owner. I don’t care if it’s a service animal, no pets. You won’t be served unless you leave the dog outside.” Serving person was incredibly rude

Portions are horrible even on vergatbles very stingy a foot long with only 4 cucumbers. Really need to be trained correctly they put everything so messy. My 10 year old son tried to use the restroom around 9pm and they told him he couldn't use it because they had cleaned it mind you they close at 10pm

Came to get the daily special for 9.99. It was teriyaki chicken. Asked them not to put any teriyaki sauce please. They tried to charge me $17.xx bc I didn’t want the sauce. Rose was the manager. Gave me a fake number for regional manager. When I returned they ate my sandwich. Waste of my time. Called corporate got cut off. Going to Jersey Mikes only from now on. I hate Subway. They hire the worst employees.

This is my second time visiting this Subway location and both times there was an issue. My first experience at this location involved me placing an online order for a footlong. Upon arrival, “the manager” told me she didn’t have my order. I showed her my confirmation information and she brushed it off. After a little back and forth, she told me someone had already picked it up and they only had an order for another customer with somewhat of a similar name. I told them they probably gave the other person my order by mistake. This should’ve been a quick resolution after seeing the mistake was on their end, but it seemed as if “the manager” had no intentions of giving me my food that I paid for. After asking to speak to the manager, she informed me that SHE was the manager. The “manager” and her employee are older Hispanic women. The employee doesn’t speak very good English, so there wasn’t much interaction between us. Eventually, the “manager” reluctantly remade my sandwich and handed it over after seeing I wasn’t going to leave empty handed. Fast forward a couple weeks, I come to this same location. This time I come inside to do my order in person and the same two women are working. I order a bacon, egg, and cheese flatbread. The “manager” right off the bat tells me they don’t have any eggs. It’s 9:15 AM on Wednesday and breakfast is served all day. How is it that you have no eggs?? I asked her if she happened to know the store number of this location and she said no. How are you a manager but don’t know your own store number? This is the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. The manager is rude, dismissive, and incompetent and could use some training in customer service. I’ll choose a more efficient, friendly location in the future.

OMG, I saw all the 1 star reviews and thought that nothing could go wrong with a simple order I place. I’m sitting at this place as I’m writing this too. I place and online order it said it’ll be ready for pick up at 9:30 so I got here 5 min before just because, I didn’t expect the order to be ready and didn’t have any issues waiting but at the same time the 2 ladies that work here were really mean about the fact that I got here early. Again I didn’t expect the order to be ready and still they were in the back talking about how I probably just placed the order when I was at the stop light. I could understand them because I speak Spanish and they knew and still didn’t care that I could. Horrible service!

Worst customer experience, rude, not able to speak or understand English, not allowed to dine-in at 9pm and this place closes at 10pm, when asked saying need to clean up and arrange? Broken toilet and not allowed to even wash hands. Will never come again.

After reading the many 1 star reviews and noticing a distinct trend. I feel like this will definitely do nothing to help improve others experience at this establishment. It is obvious that the owner either cannot or will not hire employees of a higher caliber. However, I would be remiss if I didnt at least attempt to warn others to steer well clear of this place. There are a million other places right near by, save yourself the headache and need to add to the many bad reviews. In our case we placed an online order with a coupon, and we noted a change. My wife despises the new rotisserie chicken and always subs for the cheaper grilled chicken. Always nonproblem every where else. When we got to the counter the lady informed us she would not substitute the chicken. We offered to pay more for the change she just continued to say no repeatedly at high volume until we walked away to avoid a scene. Have it your way, apparently does not apply to this franchise. She was curt, rude, and obnoxious and clearly didnt have the best grasp of the English language, nor did her counterpart. These two aggressive, incompetents need lessons in customer service, and common decency. Needless to say we left, underserved, unsatisfied, and perturbed. This place needs new ownership, new employees, and maybe i wouls return but not likely. Rant over! Sorry for length!

This post actually deserves zero stars I’ve ordered delivery twice now on Thursday 6/12 and today 6/17. DoorDash ppl never showed up with my food I reached out to DoorDash they said call subway. I’ve called multiple times and no one never answers the phone. Went to my car to get an old receipt the number and email on the bottom that supposed to be the Area Manager information is fraudulent. The email is not legit and the number is a text now number. I’ve lost a totally of $50 with this place never again!

My boyfriend and I went in around 5:10pm today and waited probably about 15 mins before being asked what we wanted to order. We got through our order and got to the checkout and as the employee (an Older lady with glasses) was bagging our food we informed her we had a coupon (before she even rang us up). She told us “scanner broken so no” and we asked so we can’t use it? And she got frustrated and said “scanners broken idk what you want me to do” but then she took the coupon from my boyfriend’s hand and put it in anyway manually. This whole time we were kinda stunned and not really speaking but after she applied it and we checked out, she told us next time you have a coupon, ask to use it before your order. But what I don’t understand is we don’t really come to subway so how are we the customers supposed to know it needs to be scanned and can’t be entered (which obviously it can if she did it but was reluctant) and two … that’s your job as a business to inform customers before they order. So so very rude. Again, was stunned this whole time and didn’t love her attitude.
