Just wanted to give a shout out to Tyler at Whataburger for his infectious smile and very positive attitude!
We all dine out, right? You don't ever really expect high quality customer service - except MAYBE at Chick-fil-A - from fast food. So when it happens, it just makes your friggin day. Am I right? It's such a nice surprise! Like when two bags of chips fall in the vending machine! Like when you go thru town and all the lights are green! Like when you get flowers and it's not your birthday!
Our visit to Whataburger, after being on the road for 2 hours with another 2 hours to go, was a spur of the moment quick decision. And it was a little out of the way. But, SURPRISE!! it was worth it. The burgers were fantastic, the fries were killer, those awesome 75th Anniversary cups are amazing, and Tyler's outstanding customer service was fire. He needs a raise. Right now!

Service was terrible. There was no greeting and barely any communication from the drive through person nor the one who brought about my food. Additionally having ppl drive up and park and wait for the food for it to be old and cold is not cool.

They have no one in line or in the building they pull all the cars up to a parking spot to stop there drive thru time I waited 20 min for a plain cheeseburger and fry and it’s slightly warm just terrible

We placed an online order for curbside at this location, set to pick up prior to midnight. After over 30 minutes of waiting, we called the restaurant to make sure our order was received and the man on the phone was rude in response saying curbside closed at midnight. However the app let us place the order and it was set to be ready prior to midnight. The employees tone was rude and when they came out to give our food when we came through the drive-thru, the employee did not say anything nor respond. It was very unprofessional and as the order was placed and set to be ready prior to midnight, I was upset that our orders were instead ignored.

I went in to get a meal. Everything was fine Savion was great.
But apparently my order and my named pissed the stud that was flipping the patties off for whatever reason she had to let the whole restaurant she felt someway.
I usually stop at this location on the way home. And have no problems. But everything is bound to change.
