I know it was not their fault, but the AC was broke, but what was frustrating most of the flavors were not working. I really get frustrated when I go to yogurt place in the flavors are not working almost every yogurt place I go to. I get vanilla chocolate and that’s it.

Place seemed a bit lacking, only 6 out of the 10 or more flavors working to the very scarce topping offering only crumbs. Staff was neither friendly nor rude, more like a zombie. Offering no assistance to the over priced chaos being sold. I suggest feeling it out before committing to purchase.

Flavor was good but some machines were broken and dirty. There wasn’t half of the toppings.
The place was dirty. A friend of mine said the place used to be good and clean to be with friends. Now it’s like 3 tables and most of them are like this.

A few years ago this was a great shop. However, I went last night and the machines were dirty, there was mold on the ceiling, the cashier was coughing without covering her mouth, and the toppings were all low. I could taste the yogurt for a couple hours after, not in a good way. Won’t be back

The dark chocolate came out as liquid and I tried to overlook that.. then there was a roach in the boba!! Looking at the other reviews this is common for this place. Don't go here!

The workers care more for their own phones than to their costumers. Service is Horrible. Yogurt is expensive, especially for stable cookie toppings. This place needs to be replaced with something better, it’s a no go ?♂️.

Sad experience. Very unfriendly worker was more interested in looking at her phone than greeting customers. Prices were very expensive for half decent yogurt and stale cookie toppings and stale chocolate chips. Also tried boba and some tapioca balls were tough and stale. Eww! Normally I would have asked for a refund but I didn’t want to talk to the staff member-she was so rude. Sadly won’t be going back. Use your money elsewhere! Also the dining room was dirty and tables were sticky. Yuck!

Froyo (chocolate flavor) came out LIQUID. The worst part was the store was filthy, looking around made me lose my appetite with toppings all over the floor and stains all over the shades, nasty dirty tables/chairs. Not to mention the blonde asian employee not greeting or saying bye to us very rude just on the phone whatever but the grossest part was how dirty the place was. I've been going for years and it looks so run down now. Needs a DEEP clean/regular cleaning.
